Coordinate with freight forwarders, and customs brokers to obtain and verify import documents. Maintain updated records of all import documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Assist in preparing documentation for customs clearance and liaise with internal teams and brokers to avoid delays. Work with finance/accounting for documentation needed for payments, duties, and taxation (e.g., LC, BOE, IGST reconciliation). Track shipment status and flag any documentation discrepancies or issues.
