Position :- Regional Manager/Regional Head

Location:- Pune, JNPT Mumbai, Bangalore and Nagpur

Experience :- 15-20 Years

Salary:- 12 Lakhs to Rs. 20 Lakhs

Reporting to :- President

Key Job Responsibilities: Regional Manager

Drive organizational strategy across the regions based on overall corporate strategy

Drive sales and customer retention in the region

Identify, evaluate and develop new business for the company and retain the existing business.

Manage the operation in the assigned territory to maintain the desired service levels.

Guide, mentor and coach the Team on sales and operational performance and HR related matters.

Undertake other duties as may be assigned by the BU head.

Recruit, assess, train, mentor, develop and manage regional teams & direct reporting staff.

Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, vendors and regulatory/official bodies.

Apart from that, candidates should be from the Logistics industry and have good stability with their earlier organizations.
