Job Description

Coordinate with freight forwarders, and customs brokers to obtain and verify import documents.

• Maintain updated records of all import documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

• Assist in preparing documentation for customs clearance and liaise with internal teams and brokers to avoid delays.

• Work with finance/accounting for documentation needed for payments, duties, and taxation (., LC, BOE, IGST reconciliation).

• Track shipment status and flag any documentation discrepancies or issues.
