Inform management about material shortages and production requirements. Coordinate with Maintenance regarding machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance requirements. Safety & Housekeeping Ensure compliance with factory safety rules and procedures. Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow safe working practices. Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards on the shop floor. Report unsafe conditions, accidents, and equipment issues immediately. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment. Production Reporting Maintain daily production records and shift reports. Report production output, rejection, rework, downtime, and material issues. Monitor production against planned schedules and highlight deviations. Provide regular updates to the Production Manager / Factory Manager. Required Qualification ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fabrication, Production, or a related technical trade. Equivalent practical factory/manufacturing experience may also be considered. 3-8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
