Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and conversions using our CRM system. Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborating on marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our smart solutions to educational institutions. This may include event coordination and executing targeted marketing campaigns. Working closely with various departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Managing the schedules and appointments of the sales team, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing sales meetings and events. Receive and respond to sales leads via phone, email, or chat, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up.
