Good understanding of inside sales process & best practices like research, prospecting, qualification, pitching, opportunity creation & closure.2. Extensive knowledge of Sales and Market.3. Well versed in business communication, proficient in both spoken and written English.4. Proficient in using CRM tools for tracking lead activity.5. Experience in up-selling, cross-selling & other phone selling techniques.6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize situations requiring urgent attention is critical.7. Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude, always open to feedback and should be a quick learner.8. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
