Key Responsibilities Oversee credit evaluation and approval process for loans or credit products.Assess creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, credit scores, and risk factors.Develop and enforce credit policies and risk management strategies.Approve or escalate high-value credit proposals based on authority levels.Monitor loan portfolio performance and ensure timely collections.Handle team management, training, and performance reviews of credit officers.Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain proper documentation.

Collections Officer Responsibilities:Reviewing the company debtor list.Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.Negotiating suitable payment plans.Maintaining customer payment records.Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.Responding to customer queries.

Responsible for preparing and maintaining insurance policy records.
