Job Description:We are hiring well-groomed, confident, and experienced Counter Sales Staff to represent Oasis Baklawa at our retail outlets. The ideal candidate must be customer-focused, knowledgeable about premium sweets, and skilled in communication and sales.

Greet and welcome customers entering the jewellery showroom.Understand customer needs such as occasion, budget, and design preference.Show and explain different jewellery designs (gold, diamond, silver, etc.).Provide clear information about product weight, price, making charges, and certification.Assist customers in selecting jewellery and help close sales.Maintain attractive and organized jewellery displays in the showroom.Handle jewellery carefully and follow store security procedures.Support the billing process and ensure accurate invoices.Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.Inform customers about new collections, offers, and promotions.Assist in stock checking and inventory management.Work towards achieving daily or monthly sales targets.

The Showroom Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing products in the showroom in Karol Bagh, Delhi. The key responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, providing product information, demonstrating product features, and closing sales.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively. A 12th pass qualification and 0-2 years of experience in sales are required for this position.
