Explain product features, fabric quality, sizes, prices, and care instructions clearly. Help customers choose suitable bedsheets, comforters, blankets, bedding sets, curtains, and other homefurnishing products. Handle queries and price objections confidently, recommend relevant products, and close sales. Suggest complementary products to increase sales while respecting the customer's budget. Handle customer concerns patiently and coordinate with the manager when needed. Keep the counter, shelves, and product displays clean, organised, and presentable. Coordinate with the billing and stock teams for accurate billing, packing, and smooth customer service. Support teammates during busy hours and contribute towards showroom sales targets.Candidate Requirements Good selling skills and confidence in dealing with walk-in customers. Polite, patient, respectful, and helpful behaviour. Clear communication in Hindi; basic English is an advantage. A team-oriented attitude, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility.
