The counselor conducts thorough video counseling sessions, guiding decision-makers towards informed decisions leading to a purchase.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media2. Call 140-250 leads every day3. Set up meetings with potential clients4. Generate trial classes, demos, and assessments by pitching parents to take our program and AI-powered career assessments5. Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections6. Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)7. Go the extra mile to drive sales8. Use the right sales strategy and accomplish 1 Lac of revenue in 3 months, thus achieving a license to sell (L-2-S)Other requirements1. Proficiency in English2.
