Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance on academic programs, course selection, and degree planning at international universities. Evaluate students' transcripts and academic records to recommend suitable study-abroad options. Assist students in researching, selecting, and applying to appropriate universities or institutions abroad. Offer insights into admission requirements, application deadlines, and scholarship opportunities. Conduct orientation sessions to prepare students for cultural and academic differences they may encounter abroad. Offer counselling and support services for students interested in studying abroad. Guide students through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations of the respective country. Assist in the preparation and verification of necessary documents for visa applications. Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and relevant stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes. Stay updated on trends and developments in international education and study abroad programs.Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in study abroad counselling or related field. Strong understanding of international higher education systems, admissions processes, and visa regulations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
