key responsibilities:

• provide expert guidance on academic programs, course selection, and degree planning at international universities.

• evaluate students' transcripts and academic records to recommend suitable study-abroad options.

• assist students in researching, selecting, and applying to appropriate universities or institutions abroad.

• offer insights into admission requirements, application deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.

• conduct orientation sessions to prepare students for cultural and academic differences they may encounter abroad.

• offer counselling and support services for students interested in studying abroad.

• guide students through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations of the respective country.

• assist in the preparation and verification of necessary documents for visa applications.

• maintain regular communication with students, parents, and relevant stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

• maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes.

• stay updated on trends and developments in international education and study abroad programs.

qualifications:

• minimum of 2 years of experience in study abroad counselling or related field.

• strong understanding of international higher education systems, admissions processes, and visa regulations.

• excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
