Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert guidance on academic programs, course selection, and degree planning at international universities.
• Evaluate students' transcripts and academic records to recommend suitable study-abroad options.
• Assist students in researching, selecting, and applying to appropriate universities or institutions abroad.
• Offer insights into admission requirements, application deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.
• Conduct orientation sessions to prepare students for cultural and academic differences they may encounter abroad.
• Offer counselling and support services for students interested in studying abroad.
• Guide students through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations of the respective country.
• Assist in the preparation and verification of necessary documents for visa applications.
• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and relevant stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes.
• Stay updated on trends and developments in international education and study abroad programs.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in study abroad counselling or related field.
• Strong understanding of international higher education systems, admissions processes, and visa regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
