We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Counsellor to guide and support students in their career and training journey. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, explaining course details, and helping them make informed decisions about their career path.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and provide guidance on available courses and career opportunities.Understand students needs and recommend suitable training programs.Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media.Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups.Assist students throughout the admission process.Coordinate with trainers and the placement team for student progress.Conduct orientation sessions and provide continuous student support.Achieve admission targets and contribute to overall growth of the institute.Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good counselling and convincing ability.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.).Ability to handle multiple students and queries professionally.Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.QualificationsBachelors degree in any discipline (Psychology / Education preferred).Experience in counselling, education, or training industry is preferred.Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.Experience03 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or student support.

As a Tele Counsellor ,your primary responsibilities will involve providing guidance and support to students through remote communication channels such as phone, email, chat or video calls. Some of the key duties you may be expected to perform include:1) Conducting intake interviews with students to identify their needs and concerns2) Providing information about the institution's programs, services, and resources available to students3) Offering guidance and advice to students on academic, personal, and career-related issues4) Referring students to appropriate resources or support services as needed5) Maintaining accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress6) Responding to student inquiries promptly and professionally7) Participating in training and development programs to enhance counselling skills and knowledge8) Collaborating with other departments and staff members to ensure that student needs are being met effectivelyTo be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to empathize and connect with students from diverse backgrounds, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a good understanding of the institution's policies, programs, and services, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. A background in counselling or related fields, as well as experience in tele-counselling, will be an added advantage.
