The Mall Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions that drive footfall, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen the malls brand presence. Success in this role means consistently delivering high-impact activations that increase visitor numbers, improve tenant sales, and create a vibrant mall experience. The position demands close coordination with tenants, vendors, media partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable results. This role plays a critical part in the organizations overall growth strategy by turning the mall into a dynamic destination that attracts, retains, and delights customers.Responsibilities and Duties:# Implement marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities that drive footfall and enhance the malls brand presence.# Execute seasonal, festival, and thematic events in coordination with tenants, vendors, and partners.# Coordinate with tenants to support their individual promotions and integrate them into broader mall marketing initiatives.# Monitor and analyze campaign performance, footfall data, and tenant sales to measure effectiveness and guide future activities.# Maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and agencies to secure coverage and expand the malls reach.# Ensure all marketing materials, signage, and in-mall displays are consistent with brand guidelines and enhance the customer experience.# Oversee budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.# Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, event outcomes, and ROI for management review.# Stay informed on competitor activities, retail trends, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for mall promotions.

Lead, plan, and monitor execution of multiple real estate projects simultaneously.Oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Manage and guide the Project Team, Site Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors.Ensure strict compliance with RERA, Building Codes, Quality Standards, and Safety Norms.Prepare and present project progress reports to the Management.Handle contractor negotiations, cost control, material approvals, and site inspections.Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil Engineering)Professional Qualifications: PMP Certification, Primavera/MS Project skills preferred.Experience: 812 years (preferably in Real Estate sector)Specific Skills: Project Management Skills (must be strong). Team Leadership Ability to manage teams across multiple sites. Technical Expertise in RCC, MEP, Finishing works, and Project Execution. Vendor & Stakeholder Management. Cost and Time Management.
