key responsibilities:

1. cost estimation and planning

2. prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

3. analyze architectural, structural and civil drawings and specifications to develop accurate project

costings.

4. assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

8. collaboration and communication

experience:

1. previous experience as a quantity surveyor or in a similar role within the construction industry.

2. experience with construction project management and cost control.

technical skills:

1. proficiency in cost estimation and quantity surveying software (., costx, bluebeam, ms excel).

2. strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
