Core Responsibilities1. Accounting and BookkeepingRecording Transactions: Accurately record all daily financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures, into the accounting system (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, ensure timely payments, and manage vendor relations.Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate customer invoices, track collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and reconcile sales transactions.Bank & Cash Management: Perform daily bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and monitor bank balances.2.
