Supervise and follow up with field officers to ensure completion of assigned tasks. Facilitate effective communication among team members through email correspondence and team meetings. Monitor and track pending claims to ensure timely resolution and closure. Demonstrate a strong understanding of insurance processes and policies to provide guidance and support to team members. Provide training and mentorship to field officers to enhance their knowledge and skills. Collaborate with other team leads and departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Serve as a point of contact for escalations and complex inquiries from field officers and clients. Analyse team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations within the team.

Implement an effective teaching curriculum. Prepare teaching materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations. Candidate with Good Communication Skills and Passion to teach technologies Conduct classroom training sessions by providing practical use cases and assignments. Ensure the training content is relevant, up to date Should stay up-to-date with the latest development in the field. Need to give guidance for students. Willingness to learn new technologies. Need to have strong logical thinking skill
