Coordinate with Vendor management department and administrative department for billing/vendor-related queries. Should be confident in troubleshooting any such emerging queries and maintaining high standards of Service.Skills - Should have good Oral, and written communication and listening skills. Should be an effective communicator, fluent in what he/she is speaking. Should be computer literate. (Proficient in MS Office). Should have the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.
