Your Responsibilities:-- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and basic IT equipment- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues at the client site- Perform routine service visits and handle field support tasks- Maintain documentation of service calls and prepare service reports- Coordinate with internal technical teams for advanced troubleshooting- Provide customer-friendly support and ensure timely service deliveryRequired Qualification:-- Education: Diploma in Computer Engineering/ ITI in Computer Engineering- Basic hardware & networking knowledge preferred- Good communication & problem-solving skills
