We are looking for Machine Operator VMC with following capabilities.Proven experience as a VMC machine operator.Experience on Control like HAAS, Mitsubishi and Fanuc.Knowledge of Cutting Tools and Cutting Parameters as well as precision measurement tools.Knowledge of G Code - M Code.Knowledge of all Machining Cycle and knowledge of all Machine Control 4-Axis Setting.Prepare daily production report.Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.Computer knowledge with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.Having expertise in handling measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Height gauge (TRIMOS), Micrometer, Radius Gauge, Go-No Go Gauge, Thread Gauge, Slip Gauges, etc.Knowledge of GD&T.Coordinate with QC team and ensure Quality of parts.Mechanical Engineering skill and good mathematical skill.Ability to give training to trainee Operator.Good communication abilities.A keen eye for detail and result-driven approach.Positive attitude.Willingness to learn new things.Readiness for any work or operation.Process Sheet Understanding.Route Card Understanding.Follow SOP for Shop floor activities.Maintaining Log book.
