Direct Walk-In For CNC Programmer - Full Time

The CNC Programmer will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and tools. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Creation: Develop and modify CNC programs based on engineering drawings or specifications to ensure accurate production of parts.

- Machine Setup: Set up CNC machines, including loading materials and tools, aligning components, and configuring machine settings for optimal performance.

- Quality Inspection: Monitor machining processes and inspect finished products using measuring instruments to ensure they meet strict quality standards.

- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the production process, including machine malfunctions or programming errors, to minimize downtime.

- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure they are in good working condition and to prolong their lifespan.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including engineers and operators, to improve processes and ensure a smooth workflow.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of experience in CNC programming and operation. A minimum of 10th-grade education is required. The role is intended for male candidates and requires full-time attendance at the office in Vasai East. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and a basic understanding of engineering drawings will be advantageous. Candidates should also possess effective communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
