Setting Up CNC VMC Machines: You will be responsible for preparing and setting up Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) according to job specifications, ensuring that machines are ready for production.2. Tool Selection and Installation: Selecting and installing the appropriate tools and fixtures for the machining process to achieve desired specifications and quality.3. Programming Machine Operations: Inputting and adjusting machine programs as necessary, ensuring accurate machining according to designs and plans.4. Monitoring Production: Keeping a close eye on the machining process to ensure consistent output quality, making adjustments as needed to meet production standards.5. Performing Maintenance: Carrying out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate must have a solid understanding of CNC machining processes and machinery. Minimum 1-3 years experience in Setting and Operating CNC / VMC / Turning / Grinding machine. Having experience in grinding will be an added advantage. Should have experienced in both infeed and through feed grinding. Should be able to read and understand drawings, work instructions Should be able to do setting change over indepedently. Should have hands on experience in changing and dressing of Grinding wheels. Should have knowledge and skill of using measurement instruments like Micrometer, Vernier Caliper etc. Should be flexible to work in shifts.
