Opening For CNC VMC Setter

We are seeking a skilled CNC VMC Setter with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Kundrathur, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a relevant field and a strong understanding of CNC machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Setting Up CNC VMC Machines**: You will be responsible for preparing and setting up Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) according to job specifications, ensuring that machines are ready for production.

2. **Tool Selection and Installation**: Selecting and installing the appropriate tools and fixtures for the machining process to achieve desired specifications and quality.

3. **Programming Machine Operations**: Inputting and adjusting machine programs as necessary, ensuring accurate machining according to designs and plans.

4. **Monitoring Production**: Keeping a close eye on the machining process to ensure consistent output quality, making adjustments as needed to meet production standards.

5. **Performing Maintenance**: Carrying out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate must have a solid understanding of CNC machining processes and machinery. A diploma in engineering or a related field is required. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
