Supervising construction activities: The Civil Site Incharge will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, including coordinating with contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met.2. Managing site workers: They will oversee a team of site workers, ensuring they are properly trained, supervised, and motivated to perform at their best.3. Ensuring compliance: The Incharge will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.4. Budget management: They will be responsible for monitoring project budgets, making adjustments as needed to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.5. Reporting and documentation: The Incharge will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of project progress, completing reports, and communicating updates to stakeholders.Required skills and expectations:- A minimum of 2-8 years of experience in a similar role.- A graduate degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and standards.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
