Civil Supervisor

Background- Amba Enterprises is into development and construction of industrial buildings. We are looking for a site in charge/supervisor who can visit the site(Bawal) - twice a week and coordinate on the phone for the rest of the period.Key Responsible Areas-1. Coordination with vendors(civil contractor, PEB shed contractor, etc).2. File up compliance documents- related to labor and construction.3. Read drawings and see if the project is going on as per the plan.4. Prepare weekly reports for the client with developments, updates, highlights, and upcoming planning.Pre-requisites-1. Should be able to read architectural drawings.2. Should be available on call during the week for updates and developments.3. Must have a degree in architecture.Duration of role- Approx. 3-4 months for this site(depending upon completion). Can be extended/transferred upon completion of this project.

Good understanding of drawings and ensure that work is done as per drawings2. Ensure work is done as per sequence, checklist is followed and reports to manager in a timely manner3. Supervise and train workers and allocate work to tradespeople4. Making sure that all safety precautions and quality standards are met5. Supervise the use of machinery and equipmentKey Skills Needed1. Minimum four years experience in Residential2. Educational Qualification: Diploma Civil 3. Knowledge of material quality 4. Knowledge of labour productivity and capable of taking maximum output from resources 5. Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints6. Good physical condition and staminaCTC 1.
