Job Description

1. Good understanding of drawings and ensure that work is done as per drawings

2. Ensure work is done as per sequence, checklist is followed and reports to manager in a timely manner

3. Supervise and train workers and allocate work to tradespeople

4. Making sure that all safety precautions and quality standards are met

5. Supervise the use of machinery and equipment

Key Skills Needed

1. Minimum four years experience in Residential

2. Educational Qualification: Diploma Civil

3. Knowledge of material quality

4. Knowledge of labour productivity and capable of taking maximum output from resources

5. Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints

6. Good physical condition and stamina

1. Rs. lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
