- Managing schedules: The personal secretary will be responsible for managing the executive's calendar and ensuring all appointments are scheduled efficiently.- Handling correspondence: This includes drafting and responding to emails, letters, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive.- Organizing travel arrangements: The personal secretary will be in charge of making travel arrangements such as booking flights, hotels, and transportation for the executive.- Maintaining files and records: Keeping track of important documents, records, and files in an organized manner for easy access when needed.- Providing administrative support: Assisting the executive with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other office duties.- Interacting with clients and stakeholders: The personal secretary will need to have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and other team members.Skills and Expectations:- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer skills.- Strong secretarial skills including typing, filing, and organization.- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.- Ability to make travel arrangements efficiently.- Prior experience as a personal secretary or in a similar role is preferred but not required.- Must have at least a 12th pass qualification, with a Bachelor's degree in any field being an added advantage.
