As a Senior Academic Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to students and their guardians throughout the college admissions process. You will be responsible for counseling students, building associate networks with teachers, acquiring counseling sessions in schools and tutorials, and organizing various events. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the education system, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.Responsibilities:1) Counselling Students & Guardians:Provide expert advice and guidance to students and their guardians regarding college admissions, course selection, career pathways, and educational opportunities.Assess students' academic strengths, interests, and aspirations to offer personalized guidance and develop tailored academic plans.Address concerns, answer questions, and alleviate anxieties related to the college admissions process.2) Building Associate Networks with Teachers:Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and academic institutions to establish strong relationships and develop a network of associates.Regularly communicate with teachers to gather information on students' academic performance, interests, and career goals.Seek recommendations from teachers to enhance students' college applications and provide necessary support.3) Acquiring Counselling Sessions in Schools & Tutorials:Identify and establish partnerships with schools and tutorial centers to offer counseling sessions to students.Coordinate with school counselors and administrators to schedule on-site counseling sessions and workshops.Deliver engaging presentations and interactive sessions to educate students on college admissions requirements, application procedures, and scholarship opportunities.

Minimum Education should be Graduate.Target oriented / Go getter.Can do the market survey and must have market analyzing capabilities.Minimum One (01) year Experience in any Education Sector / Institute.Excellent communication skill (especially listening skills) is highly required for a Marketing Executive to have to be good on the job.Patience should be a virtue worn at all times by individuals.Fresher can apply with good communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi.Able to convert the enquiry in prospective student.Should have capability to achieve the target given by the higher authorities.Should be able to conduct seminars in schools.
