Should be able to conduct calibration session with both Operations and Quality
Assistance for continual improvement
Generating daily, weekly monthly quality reports
Should have knowledge about 7 QC tools
Able to handle internal and external rebuttals.
COMPETENCIES SKILLS
Should be strong in RCM (knowledge of DME specialty is an advantage).
Strong in communication
Good in Excel and Quality reports
Exposure in client audit will be an added advantage
