Ability to understand principles such as porting, premium and geo-non-geo numbers, Origin-Based costs, and associated rating. Experience with CSGi Route, ICT and FM modules a plus. Experience within a similar system is essential. Experience with CDR analysis and mobile rating engines is a must, and CSGi is advantageous. Understanding of International/national Voice/SMS flowUnderstanding the activity within mediation & technology when it comes to passing data for rating or bill check.Knowledge of telecoms architecture and call flowsGood with Excel, Pivot Tables, and Lookups essential, understanding of Oracle SQL advantageousAble to generate and interpret reportsAble to communicate with other teams/stakeholders
