JUNIOR PRDUCTION ENGINEER REQUIRED FOR FRP BOAT MANUFACTURING COMPANY . PRODUCTION PLANNING, SCHEDULING etcKey ResponsibilitiesProcess Support: Monitor daily manufacturing workflows and assist in optimizing assembly lines.Troubleshooting: Help identify and fix equipment or process failures to reduce downtime.Data & Reporting: Collect production metrics, track material usage, and draft shift reports.Quality Control: Conduct basic quality checks to ensure parts match safety and product standards.Maintenance Assistance: Coordinate with technicians for routine equipment servicing and repair.

We are hiring for Quality Engineer- Chemical A) Qualification : To become a QA person in the pharmaceutical industry, one should have a degree in a science-related field, such as chemistry or pharmacy, to better understand pharmaceutical products.B) Experience : 0 to 2 years in R&D Pharmaceutical Industry from QA Department.C) Responsibility :1. Review of Manufacturing Processes.2. Knowledge of All regulated Guideline & Pharmacopoeia.3. Preparation & implementation of SOPs related to the concerned department & Justification of Specification.4. Nitrosamine Impurity, Elemental impurity, Genotoxic Impurity & their role related DMF Filing.5. QA person collaborates with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure that laboratory testing is conducted appropriately and meets the required specifications.6. The QA person conducts regular internal audits of the manufacturing facility at R&D to ensure that the facility meets the required quality standards. Also handles the external audit cand its compliance.7. A QA person is responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately, in a timely manner, and in compliance with regulatory requirements8. The QA person is responsible for reviewing and approving deviation reports and ensuring that corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.9. The QA person is responsible for reviewing and investigating product complaints to ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).10. A QA person is responsible for training of manufacturing and laboratory personnel on quality-related procedures and regulations.11. Handling of out of specification (OOS) and out of trend (OOT) laboratory incidents and their closing.12.
