Organize and coordinate the day-to-day Meetings In-House and Outside Meetings / TeleConferencing / Call Reminders, Appointments, meetings, and travel and hotel bookings. Manage emails, communication channels and respond to correspondence appropriately onbehalf of the executives. Prepare and distribute internal and external documents, including agreements, reports,memos, Bills and letters.
