Team Leadership & MonitoringPerformance Tracking: Monitor the daily activities of Sales Coordinators and Junior Sales Executives.Target Management: Break down monthly sales targets into actionable daily/weekly goals for the team.Training: Onboard new team members and provide training on CRM usage, sales pitch consistency, and internal protocols.2.
