Job Description

- responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of the branch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all activities. this includes managing staff, monitoring financial performance, and implementing strategic plans.

- develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. this involves resolving customer complaints, addressing inquiries, and ensuring quality service delivery.

- lead and guide a team of employees, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure productivity and morale. this includes setting goals, monitoring performance, and conducting regular performance evaluations.

- manage budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control for the branch, working towards achieving revenue targets and profitability goals. this also involves preparing and analyzing financial reports, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-saving measures.

- implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and consistency within the branch. this includes promoting a positive work culture, addressing disciplinary issues, and fostering a safe and inclusive work environment.

- strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and stakeholders. this includes verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional correspondence.

- positive attitude and good personality to inspire and motivate the team, handle challenges with resilience, and maintain a positive work environment.

- leadership skills to drive team performance, make sound decisions, and lead by example. this includes decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.

- bachelor's degree in fields such as business administration, architecture, or computer applications preferred.

- 4-6 years of experience in a managerial role, ideally in a branch management capacity. experience in the industry or related field is a plus.

- ability to work full-time from the office in nashik, with flexibility to handle any additional responsibilities or tasks as required.
