As a Civil Site Supervisor, your primary role will be to oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Supervise Construction Activities:** Oversee daily site operations, ensuring that work is done in accordance with project plans and specifications to maintain safety and quality.- **Coordinate with Team Members:** Communicate effectively with engineers, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure everyone understands their tasks and timelines, fostering a collaborative work environment.- **Monitor Progress:** Regularly check on the progress of construction work, keeping track of schedules and ensuring projects stay within the planned timeframe.- **Ensure Safety Compliance:** Enforce safety protocols on-site to prevent accidents and injuries, ensuring that all team members use personal protective equipment (PPE).- **Document Site Activities:** Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials used, and labor hours worked, which are essential for reporting and budget management.- **Assist in Problem Solving:** Identify and address any issues that arise during construction, working with the team to find effective solutions promptly.You should possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field and ideally have 0-6 years of experience in construction supervision. Strong communication and organizational skills are crucial, along with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards is essential. Be prepared to work on-site in Kolkata, demonstrating both leadership and a commitment to quality.

Job Description Must have hands on experience in AutoCAD, MS Office, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop and other relevant tools. Having 3D Modelling / 3D rendering / Drafting in AutoCad knowledge. Having knowledge and experience in statutory / preparation of drawings as per requirement of Fire Protection and MEP Services - Architectural Planning (Internal), Space Zone Planning, Renders, Carpentry and Furniture Layout, Faade Design Layout, Flooring, Artwork and Signage layout, Finishes Drawings, Lighting Layout, All Services Layout, Finishes & Equipment Schedule etc. Coordinate and manage interior design projects from start to finish. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage contractor relationships and ensure quality control. Oversee procurement of materials and furnishings. Proficiency with design software and project management tools. Must have worked as Project Draftsman in at least one restaurant project for full life cycle from conceptualisation to handing over of facility. Must have exposure in overall MEP (Electrical, Plumbing System, Mechanical, HAVC etc.) works as required for restaurant project. Must visits to project sites, assessing and reporting the design conformity, quality compliance, progress updates, criticalities and suggest improvement strategies. Interface between all Architect, client, engineers, Team Members and stakeholders. Languages to be known, English (writing and communication is must), Bengali, Hindi.
