Architect Designer - Kolkata

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

Architectural planning and design of public and infrastructure projects.

Ensuring compliance with NBC, local building byelaws, and project requirements.

Coordination with structural, MEP, planning and other multidisciplinary teams.

Participate in site visits, design reviews and technical discussions as required.

DESIRED SKILLS

Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Good understanding of NBC, development control regulations and construction practices.

Ability to prepare presentation drawings and technical documentation.

Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
