Air Hostess Responsibilities:1. Greeting passengers and helping them find their seats2. Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights3. Serving meals and drinks to passengers4. Providing first aid assistance if needed5. Announcing flight information and safety procedures6. Assisting passengers with special needs7. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin8. Dealing with difficult passengers calmly and professionally

Key Responsibilities:1. Perform aviation-related duties: This includes tasks such as assisting passengers during boarding, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and providing in-flight services.2. Provide hospitality services: Greeting passengers, serving meals and beverages, and attending to their needs throughout the flight.3. Carry out steward activities: Assisting passengers with their luggage, maintaining cleanliness on the aircraft, and ensuring a comfortable environment.4. Execute air hostess activities: Conducting safety demonstrations, handling emergency situations, and fulfilling passenger requests.5. Engage in cabin crew activities: Collaborating with team members, communicating effectively, and ensuring a smooth operation onboard.6. Assist in ground staff activities: Supporting ground operations, coordinating flight schedules, and resolving customer queries.7. Fulfill hostess activities: Welcoming guests, escorting passengers to their seats, and providing exceptional customer service.Required Skills and Expectations:- Strong communication skills to interact with passengers and team members effectively.- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently.- Attention to detail to ensure safety protocols are followed and passenger needs are met.- Customer-oriented mindset to provide a pleasant flying experience.- Willingness to work variable hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays.- Physical fitness and stamina to endure long flights and perform manual tasks.
