Handling and resolving the day-to-day query of customers. Identify Customers- needs and deliver Voice Service to the customers on Financial Products related queries and complaints. Receiving Calls from Customers both New and Existing and adding those calls to the CRM and assigning them to the correct individual in the organization. Cold Calling on Exiting Database provided by the company and generating leads to the existing sales force of the company and in turn earning incentives. Should have a laptop for the office work.

JD FOR SERVICE ENGINEER: Our company is looking for a Service Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities: 1)They have to ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock; 2)They have to inspect all the machines and make reports for the management that whether or not new machines are required; 3)They also have to conduct safety checks on all the machines or it could prove to be dangerous for the workers working on them; 4)The ability to meet deadlines under pressure A high standard of quality and attention to detail. 5)They have to make detailed reports on all the work that is done on each machine; Requirements: 1)Knowledge of electrical theory. 2)Graduate or equivalent; 3)Ensuring activities are planned and managed proactively, in line with roadmap, or requirements and to finish projects as per schedule; 4)Ability to communicate effectively, (written and verbally) with peers, management; 5)Must be willing to work some overtime if the business need arises; Experience : 0 years Location : Noida Salary (Annual CTC): 2LPA - 2.5 LPA OR directly come for interview .Reporting venue : Satyam Software Solutions Pvt. Candidate should have the Knowledge of Parts Re-paring, PCB ,Motor , sensor ,or basic home automation products knowledge- person has to visit calls given by team, find issue and fix it and give report to team manager in HO- Installation of products on site, Sampling or demonstration of products at customer place, Repair of products on site- If Candidate is Fresher then he should be Smart and should have the knowledge of Circuit, Sensers and Motors- Preferable if he had experience in Mall Maintenance or any industries work- Candidate should be presentable because he have to visit all the premium clients- Travels allowance given by Company as per actual traveling- maintain spare parts stock on branch office , and report it to HO
