Key Responsibilities of an E-commerce Executive:Product Management:Managing product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on the online store to ensure they are accurate, appealing, and consistent. Digital Marketing:Planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and improve conversion rates. Website Optimization:Monitoring website performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Sales Data Analysis:Analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies. Customer Service:Collaborating with customer service teams to ensure excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues. Industry Knowledge:Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working with other teams, such as sales, marketing, customer service, logistics, and product development, to ensure smooth operations and address any issues. Performance Tracking:Tracking and reporting e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and ROI on digital marketing campaigns. Platform Management:Managing relationships with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Inventory Management:Coordinating with inventory management teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management. Manage and optimise PPC campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Conduct keyword research and on-page optimisation to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing. Analyse analytics and engagement metrics to measure campaign performance. Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.Required skills and qualifications Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver Excellent communication and presentation skills Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Desire to continue building a skill set with education and trainingPreferred skills and qualifications A bachelors degree in marketing, communication, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing.
