JOB DESCRIPTION:- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive. Prioritize emails and respond when necessary Maintain various records and documents. Support the day to day work. Internal Coordination Respectfully takes directions/instructions from concerned head. Completes projects by assigning work to member of different team and following up on results. Follow up with other departments to ensure smooth & effective operations. Organizing & maintaining files & records. Other miscellaneous activities, Responsibilities given by the head from time to time. Ensure smooth running of all official correspondence & coordination in absence of concerned head. Preparing & editing correspondence, reports & presentations. COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:Time-management skills. Ability to pay attention to detail Organization skills Ability to multitask and Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office.Qualification - Qualification Preferred- MBA (Finance)
