MBA/CPA/CFA will be an added advantage 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting role Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax regulations Understanding of data privacy standards Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
