AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIESPLANNING & EXECUTIONBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies.Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/PPC, SMS, marketing database, email, social media, Whatsapp & other messaging apps, and display advertising campaignsDesign, build and maintain our and our clients social media presence.Create funnels, drive traffic to websites & SMM, while optimising UX.Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies.Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success.ANALYTICSEvaluate - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsTest - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.Measure - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Optimisation - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.MANAGEMENTStakeholders - Maintain strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Vendors - Contact, interview, and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content.Audience - Handle all audience interactions, including -- comments, live-chat etc.New Trends - Keep updated and present new social media sites, web technologies, marketing platforms, and digital marketing trends.RequirementsYears of Relevant Experience- 3+ Years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience for the company in-house and/ or as a consultant for external clients.Software and Applications-Google Adwords, Google Analytics, FB Pixel.Content Management Systems, SMM ToolsMicrosoft OfficeSocial Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram for Business, Linkedin Marketing etc.)Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a bonus.
