job description :-
- handling bank branch for life insurance products.
- relationship building with employees and branch managers of the concerned bank and to keep them motivated for business generation
- increase sales of insurance products through assigned bank branch and devising plans to increase insurance sales through bank staff and
customers
- getting leads from allotted bank branch and source business through direct marketing techniques.
- support branch employees in their sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etc
- spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk in, data-mining, referrals and others.
- joint calls with bank branch staff for sales of insurance products.
- training of branch employees on regular basis on insurance products.
- 8-10 branches will be tagged to employee of indian bank.
