Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Assign, monitor & review targets for sub dealers / retailers within the area to achieve business goals (volume, market share, NPR, collections)

Adhere to area level plan for market visits and engage with identified dealers / sub-dealers / influencers to improve company positioning and rapport building

Ensure timely collection of payments for keeping receivables under control

Engage regularly with dealers / sub-dealers / retailers to push sales during sales promotion scheme period to achieve desired targets

Advise, assist dealers in achieving profitability, Ensure product placement and availability at the outlets

Ensure training is provided to influencers on usage of mobile app to log queries / complaints / feedback
