Key Roles and Responsibilities:Assign, monitor & review targets for sub dealers / retailers within the area to achieve business goals (volume, market share, NPR, collections)Adhere to area level plan for market visits and engage with identified dealers / sub-dealers / influencers to improve company positioning and rapport buildingEnsure timely collection of payments for keeping receivables under controlEngage regularly with dealers / sub-dealers / retailers to push sales during sales promotion scheme period to achieve desired targetsAdvise, assist dealers in achieving profitability, Ensure product placement and availability at the outletsEnsure training is provided to influencers on usage of mobile app to log queries / complaints / feedback

Achieve sales & collection targets assigned by RNTMGet leads from sales, technical, middlemen, online resources to find new project sitesVisit new project sites to understand project, customer, assess requirementsIdentify prospects and schedule meetingsCollect competitor information (pricing, technical activities)Ensure timely booking & servicing of ordersCo-ordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveriesFollow up with customers to get acknowledgementProvide support in making technical / commercial presentationsEngage with Technical Services to address quality concerns
