We are looking for dedicated Ticketing Checking Staff to join our team in Pune. This role is perfect for individuals with 0 to 5 years of experience, who have completed their 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ticket Verification: Check tickets for validity and accuracy before entry or boarding, ensuring that each ticket meets the necessary criteria.

2. Customer Interaction: Assist passengers by answering questions and providing information about ticket policies and procedures in a friendly manner.

3. Issue Resolution: Handle any disputes or issues related to tickets by listening to customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions.

4. Data Entry: Accurately enter ticket information into the system for record-keeping and reporting purposes.

5. Report Generation: Prepare and submit daily reports on ticketing activities and highlight any discrepancies or unusual patterns.
