As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for managing the tendering process and ensuring the timely submission of bids.

Qualifications and Skills

Any Bachelor's degree

2-4 years of experience in tendering or a similar role

Strong knowledge of the tendering process and contract management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Identify Suitable opportunities/tenders

2. Tender preparation , submission

3. Regular follow up with client for recovery of EMD /receipt of PO and allied activities.

4. Respond to small / mid size enquiries from time to time as required

5. Handle documentation for empanelment / Vendor registration

6. Evaluating tender / Bid documents & schedules

7. Preparation of Pre-Qualification of tender document

8. Preparation of Pre bid queries.

9. Preparation of tender costing.

10. Scrutiny of tender documents

11. Evaluate the tenders with Commercial conditions and Technical specifications.

12. Pricing / Estimation / Costing (Preparation of Rate analysis)

13. Preparation of Technical / Commercial Bid documents

14. Responsible for timely submission of tenders and its follow up.
