The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to submitting final bids. This includes researching tender opportunities, preparing tender documents, coordinating with various internal teams, and ensuring all submissions are completed on time.
Key responsibilities include identifying and analyzing potential tender opportunities, coordinating with relevant departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions, preparing and submitting all tender documents accurately and within specified deadlines, reviewing and editing tender proposals to ensure they meet all requirements, and maintaining a database of all tender submissions for future reference.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management, strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and a good understanding of the tender process and procurement regulations. A graduate degree in a relevant field is required. The candidate should also be proficient in MS Office applications.
