Hiring For Tender Executive

We are looking for a Tender Executive with hands-on experience in Railway tenders and e-tendering processes. The candidate should have good knowledge of government and railway tender portals, tender documentation, bid preparation, EMD/BG requirements, online bid submission, and post-tender follow-up.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting bids within deadlines, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring complete compliance with tender requirements.

Required Portal Knowledge:-

Candidate should have working knowledge of relevant Railway, Government, and PSU e-tender portals, such as:

IREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System)

GeM (Government e-Marketplace)

CPPP / Central Public Procurement Portal

State Government e-procurement portals

PSU and other government organization tender portals

Knowledge of additional Railway/Metro/PSU tender portals will be an advantage.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Railway tender procedures and e-tendering.

Good understanding of tender terms, conditions, eligibility, and compliance requirements.

Excellent documentation and drafting skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PDF handling, and email communication.

Ability to work under strict deadlines.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to independently handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Knowledge of Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and online bid submission processes.

Qualification;

Graduate in any discipline.

Diploma/degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
