We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting
products/services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
● Present and promote company products/services effectively
● Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
● Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales.
● Follow up on leads and convert them into customers
● Handle customer objections professionally
● Provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
● Proven experience in tele sales or customer service is an advantage
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
● Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
● Fluent in [English/Hindi/Regional Language - specify as needed]

● Experience in B2B/B2C sales
